By accessing or using the TitanPips platform at titanpips.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use TitanPips. By creating an account, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate in investment activities in your country of residence.

3. Investment Risk Disclosure

TitanPips operates a copy-trading and investment platform using forex and synthetic indices markets. Returns shown on our platform are based on historical performance and are not guaranteed. TitanPips does not provide financial advice.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• You must not share your account with any other person
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits are made in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20 network). Minimum deposit is $100.00. Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 business hours after admin approval. Deposits are non-refundable once an investment plan has been activated.

6. Referral Program

TitanPips offers a referral program that rewards users for introducing new investors to the platform. Referral bonuses are credited to your Referral Wallet. TitanPips reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Using the platform to defraud other users
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Creating fake accounts or using false identities
• Spamming other users through the referral system

8. Limitation of Liability

TitanPips shall not be liable for any losses arising from market conditions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

TitanPips reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
